A Scarf with Pockets
Winter is getting closer day after day and a scarf is one of the essential winter accessories for your child. What do you think of spending some time with your child and make him a special scarf with two hand-warming pockets?
You will need:
- A piece of fleece that is 60 inches long and 8 inches wide.
- Embroidery floss and a sewing needle.
- 2 buttons.
- Scissors.
Fold the ends of the scarf lining them up with the sides and sewing them to create two triangular pockets. Afterwards, sew a button inside the centre of each pocket then cut a corresponding buttonhole above each.
Let your child enjoy wearing his special scarf and warm his hands in the two pockets!
