Banana and Peach Smoothie

Snack play an important role in a toddler’s diet. Here is a refreshing recipe to prepare for your child during spring time.

You need (For 1 portion):
- 1 ripe fresh peach
- 1 small ripe banana, peeled and roughly chopped
- 100ml Apple Juice

 Cut the peach in half, remove the stone, roughly chop the flesh and put into a blender (or food processor). Add the banana and apple juice and whiz until smooth. Pour into a plastic cup and let your child enjoy it!
