Have a Drink for Snack

During pregnancy you will need a lot of snacks; how about preparing a delicious papaya and almond drink for a snack?

You will need:
-          ¼ cup of peeled seeded papaya
-          ½ cup of almond milk
-          Honey
-          Ice

Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

Enjoy the delicious taste and remember that this drink is not only tasty but also healthy, for the papaya is very rich in vitamin C and the almond milk increases the production of breast milk. Here’s a very healthy idea for a snack you can prepare yourself and keep it in your bag when you go out:

Mix a cup of whole-grain cereal with a handful of your favourite dried fruits (dried cherries, dried cranberries, raisins, etc.) and nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.). Put your yummy mixture in a resealable bag and keep it with you anywhere you go.
