FAQ

  1. How long are shipping times?
    Your products will ship within two to five days of your order, and then take up to 10 - 15 business days to reach your doorstep. Each product at Toofoola has an estimated processing time that you can find in the product description. You need to add the processing time to the shipping time so you can better plan your order.

  2. What's your return policy?
    Instead of returning items, you can contact us. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll investigate the issue with the supplier.  

  3. Can I cancel my order?
    Cancelations are possible within 24hours from order. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: enjoy it, recycle it, or donate it.

  4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
    If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply email us at info@toofoola.com, and we’ll investigate it. 

  5. Do you offer exchanges?
    We do not offer exchanges for items received in good condition. However, if for any reason you didn’t like your product then, if possible, you can donate it to a local charity or recycle it.

  6. What are you shipping destinations?
    We ship internationally to almost all destinations. If the product doesn't ship to your destination then most probably because we felt that the shipment cost is too high. However, if you still want it, please email us on info@toofoola.com
