A yummy side dish for your kids to enjoy at lunch!
What you need:
2 large potatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese
¼ cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp of milk
¼ tbsp cinnamon
½ tbsp salt
Nuts
Boil the potato until tender. Leave to cool on a wire.
Cut in half and remove the inside. Mix the potato inside with cheese, cinnamon salt and nuts.
Fill in the potatoes shells with the mixture. Put in the oven for 10mn at 200⁰C until cheese melts. Top with parmesan cheese and leave in oven for 5mn only.
Serve with a cup of fresh juice.
