  • Take vitamins rich in folic acid to help increase the egg quality.

All women who conceive after the age of 35 should perform different types of tests to provide extra protection for the baby and to have a safe pregnancy. These tests include the normal blood tests, prenatal regular exams and the amniocentesis test to eliminate any genetic problem with the baby as Down syndrome.
