Nice recipe for your kids to enjoy at supper time!
What you need (2 kids portions):
200g dried pasta
1tbsp Olive oil
1 small onion chopped
1 garlic clove chopped
400g cherry tomatoes
1 chicken breast sliced
Black pepper, a pinch of soft brown sugar, fresh basil
25g of Parmesan or grated cheddar cheese
Boil and cook the pasta according to the packet’s directions.
Heat the oil, add onion and garlic. Cook until soft.
Add tomatoes and cook for 5mn before adding basil and chicken. Simmer for 15mn until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Season with black peppers and a pinch of brown sugar.
Serve pasta mixed with the sauce. Top with Parmesan or Grated Cheese.
